Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Luxembourg: 1-3 business days
- EU countries: 3-10 business days
- International: 7-30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over 100 EUR in Europe and 190 EUR International.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
