These fun and colorful confetti-filled balloons are a great way to add fun and color to your celebration. Clear balloons with tissue paper confetti inside are great to add color to your party! Each pack contains 5 x 30.5 cm balloons filled with confetti filled with colourful confetti. To fill the balloons, we recommend a mixture of helium and a good old puff of air! To keep the confetti on the sides, generate some static energy and rub the balloon against a fabric surface.
